미국 해양대기청(National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) 은 상무부 소속으로 우리나라 기상청과 해당하는 기관이다.
코로나 바이러스 2차 확산이 올 것이라는 이야기가 돌기 때문에 더욱 관심있게 살펴본 금년 겨울 날씨 예측이다. 다행이도 평균보다 따뜻할 것이라고 하니 조금 마음이 놓인다. 물론 지구 온난화 관점에서는 무서운 말이지만 일단 따뜻하면 감기/독감이 덜 유행하지 않을까?
강수량은 평년 수준이니 눈보다는 비가 오는 날이 더 많을 것 같다.
